Multi-Channel Analyst

What You Do:

The Multi-Channel Analyst is responsible for supporting specific client field sales forces as well as Multi-Channel programs. This individual is responsible for performing sample reconciliations according to the client cycle and monitoring any exceptions. This individual needs to be well organized and able to work independently or in a team-oriented environment. The Multi-Channel Analyst role requires superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an attentiveness to detail.

 

Multi-Channel Analyst Team lead

What You Do:

The Multi-Channel Analyst Team Lead is responsible for supporting specific client field sales forces as well as Multi-Channel programs.  This individual is responsible for performing sample reconciliations according to the client cycle and monitoring any exceptions.  The Multi-Channel Analyst Team Lead has direct reports and carries out supervisory responsibilities and will be involved with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 

The Multi-Channel Analyst role requires superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an attentiveness to detail.  This individual must have supervisory/management experience to supervise, coach, and motivate direct reports, needs to be well organized and able to work independently or in a team-oriented environment.

Multi-Channel Coordinator

What You Do:

The Multi-Channel Coordinator must possess strong organizational and project management skills to monitor workflow within a team environment and ensure that deadlines are met.  The Multi-Channel Coordinator must communicate with management and/or clients regarding issues and make recommendations for solutions to ensure client expectations are met.  The Multi-Channel Coordinator will perform an assortment of duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, archiving, report generation, updating of spreadsheets, copies, mail processing and letter assembly.

In addition to the administrative tasks above, the Multi-Channel Coordinator will also perform data entry functions that include, but are not limited to, entering multi-channel sampling based forms.

Multi-Channel Sample Manager

What You Do:

The Multi-Channel Sample Manager manages sample accountability accounts for PDMA compliance and client business rules, develops or enhances programs for new and existing clients, manages department workflow, presents sample compliance capabilities to prospective clients, oversees the reconciliation process for each client, and ensures deadlines are met.  This individual needs to be well organized and able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.  The Multi-Channel Sample Manager requires superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an attentiveness to detail.  The Multi-Channel Sample Manager directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
